Day 3 (Sunday)

Today was a harder day with my eating. I had a very late breakfast and would not call it breakfast, it was a turkey sandwich and yogurt before church at 10:00. After church I ate a lot of vegetables with Ranch and peanut butter. I ate on homeade BBQ chicken pizza and one piece of Hawaiian pizza. I did not exercise because it was Sunday and my morning was so busy, but will resume my workout in the morning. I am going to go to sleep soon so that I don't eat anything else tonight! I have been doing pretty well at drinking enough water or coming close to it!
