Day 2 (Saturday)
I started the morning out working out to turbo jam for 25 minutes. It kicked my butt! my arms are very sore. I used to be able to do this exercise and barely break a sweat. I had a large bowl of honey bunches of oats for breakfast and some vegetables left from last nights veggie tray. I was running a lot of errands today with the kids, they were really good so we stopped at arctic circle and let them play and eat lunch, I had to grilled chicken sandwich and that it all, no soda or fries or yummy milk shake. I did have a bite of my son's chicken nugget. I snacked on a few slices of turkey meat and then Clifford and I made Steak and a large salad for dinner. I had some yogurt after wards and was feelings really good about myself today. During our movie I was doing great not eating my son's popcorn, but crashed when he came and sat with me. I still feel okay about today, at least I worked out. I won't be working out tomorrow, so I need to be really good about what I eat. Hopefully we can do good!
