Week 2

The Past week did not go so well. I am going to try to do better this coming week. I did exercise every day this week and could feel a difference in how much I can do. I am for sure going to continue the working out. I think I will do a lot better this week.

One week.

I exercised every day this week, ate okay and only over ate one night of dinner. I did a work out Friday and my muscles are killing me today, I rode the bike for 20 minutes to loosen up my back and hip muscles. I really havent been eating to lose weight, but havent had food that is bad for me. We will see how it goes this next week! I will do better!

Struggling today

I had a pretty good work out today, I rode the bike for 30 minutes and went 8 miles. I ate healthy foods today, but not a lot of food. I started my cycle today and have been very emotional, I finally broke down and had a chocolate bar. Hopefully I will do better in the coming days.

Day 4

So far this morning I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes and went 7.1 miles. I did not beat my old record, my muscles were tired and I was tired; maybe on Wednesday. I didn't do a great job at eating, I missed breakfast and had a few pieces of left over pizza for lunch. Dinner was better with pan seared shrimp, asparagus, and a cup of rice a roni. I also had a couple of handfuls of popcorn after dinner.

Day 3 (Sunday)

Today was a harder day with my eating. I had a very late breakfast and would not call it breakfast, it was a turkey sandwich and yogurt before church at 10:00. After church I ate a lot of vegetables with Ranch and peanut butter. I ate on homeade BBQ chicken pizza and one piece of Hawaiian pizza. I did not exercise because it was Sunday and my morning was so busy, but will resume my workout in the morning. I am going to go to sleep soon so that I don't eat anything else tonight! I have been doing pretty well at drinking enough water or coming close to it!

Day 2 (Saturday)

I started the morning out working out to turbo jam for 25 minutes. It kicked my butt! my arms are very sore. I used to be able to do this exercise and barely break a sweat. I had a large bowl of honey bunches of oats for breakfast and some vegetables left from last nights veggie tray. I was running a lot of errands today with the kids, they were really good so we stopped at arctic circle and let them play and eat lunch, I had to grilled chicken sandwich and that it all, no soda or fries or yummy milk shake. I did have a bite of my son's chicken nugget. I snacked on a few slices of turkey meat and then Clifford and I made Steak and a large salad for dinner. I had some yogurt after wards and was feelings really good about myself today. During our movie I was doing great not eating my son's popcorn, but crashed when he came and sat with me. I still feel okay about today, at least I worked out. I won't be working out tomorrow, so I need to be really good about what I eat. Hopefully we can do good!

Day 1-
I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes and went 7.8 Miles. I want to try to beat that every time I get on the bike. Maybe not the 30 minutes but the mileage. I did pretty good at eating and drinking water. I had eggs and toast for breakfast, with a little butter. I snacked on a few carrots. For lunch I struggled a little bit, but still okay. I had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat a TBS of May and mustard, I cup on Apple sauce and a lrg plate of chips. Yeah, that was the down fall, but I got rid of the chips in the house, i threw them in the garbage. I did not have a snack between lunch and dinner which i should have. for dinner I had a coconut crusted tilapia fish fillet, a lot aof asparagus, and peaches. For a snack during our Friday night movie my son and I shared a large vegetable platter with ranch. I tried to go easy on the dip, but got distracted. I feel like I did a pretty good job, not perfect, but good for me. I will try tomorrow to do better, and not falter on the chips or stuff like that. Tomorrow can always be a better day!
